Big budget movies need financing, and the Trump administration is full of deep pockets. Treasury Secretary and former Goldman Sachs banker Steve Mnuchin has a producing credit on Wonder Woman, which is a bit ironic given how few women his administration supports or elevates.
Mnuchin, a film producer since 2004, is listed as executive producer on over 30 films, including Mad Max: Fury Road, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and The Lego Movie as well as a producer on Wonder Woman.
