No, CNN did not stage a fake protest after the London attack

Right wing commentators have accused CNN of manufacturing 'fake news' after a video emerged of TV producers and police assisting a group of Muslim women staging a protest — an accusation the network has described as 'nonsense'.

The video was uploaded by @markantro — a self-professed libertarian — and immediately seized on by right-wing commentators such as Mike Cernovich, Daily Mail columnist Katie Hopkins, US media commentator Richard Grenell, and Infowars editor Paul Joseph Watson:

They even brought "peace group" printed out papers and props.
